Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions are between TADS Education Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “TADS”, “we”, “us”, “company” or “our”) and our users (hereinafter referred to as “you”, “user”, “your”)

If you do not agree with the Terms or the Privacy Policy, do not use our Platform or avail any kind of our service.

Any form of access to our content/ services/ products through registrations/subscription/ enrollment is not transferable.

We are a platform that aids high-school students and students at all educational levels (hereinafter referred to as “them”), by providing them resources including but not limited to content, live videos/workshops/sessions/seminars, programmes (including The TADS Plan), forums, online and offline events, which are accessible at www.tads.in and at any other medium by which we make ourselves available (collectively hereafter called ‘Platform’) by:

Registering on or using the Platform, Posting any material on or from the Platform, Downloading any content from or on the Platform, Sending/Mailing entries for publication on our Platform, any other act/ medium/ action through which they associate with us, Subscribed for the newsletter, you would hence be declaring that you have read these terms and conditions and that you understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you use/access/browse the Platform or products or register (with or without making any payment/with or without any subscription) through any means shall signify your acceptance of the Terms and your agreement to be legally bound by it. If you are using the Platform or are enrolled in any of our programmes then these Terms and Privacy Policy are binding between you and the company.

Definitions

In addition to any other word or expression that may be defined elsewhere in our Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise states, the following capitalized terms wherever used in the Agreement shall have the meanings as ascribed hereunder:

“Programmes/ Plans/ Courses” means educational courses/ programmes/ plans listed on the Platform or being offered by the company.

“Course Fees/ Enrollment Fees/ Enrollment Charges/ Application Fees” means the sum of money that is due and payable by a Student for enrollment of course/ programme/ plan.

“Collective Content” means Member Content and TADS Content.

“Content” means text, graphics, images, music, software (excluding the Application), audio, video, information or other materials.

“Listing” means Courses that are listed by TADS as available via the Platform and Services.

“Member or Registered User” means a person who completes the TADS account registration (sign up) process, including but not limited to Mentors, Institutions and Students, as described under “Account Registration” in Clauses below.

“Member or Registered User Content” means all Content that a Member or Registered User posts, uploads, publishes, submits, transmits, or includes in their Member profile or TADS promotional campaigns to be made available through the Platform or Services.

“Payment Method” means a payment method that you have successfully added to your TADS Account, including but not limited to credit card, debit card or net banking.

“Student” means a Member who enrolls for Courses on the Platform or otherwise.

“Mentor/ Guide/ Coach/ Trainer” means a Member who has been selected by TADS in order to provide services through the Platform

“TADS Content” means all Content that the company makes available through the Platform and Services, or its related promotional or marketing campaign and official social media channels, including any Content licensed from a third party, but excluding Student Content.

The terms and conditions are inclusive but not restrictive of these below mentioned points, these are subject to changes from time to time whenever necessary.

Terms of Usage

  • These Terms regulate and govern access to and use of the Platform and Services and all Collective Content, and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and TADS. The user further accepts to allow TADS Education Private Limited to reach out to them through calls, SMS, Mails or any other relevant medium of contact for providing existing services and for providing information on new products and services and will not be subject to any Spam or DND regulations for such calls.

  • In addition, certain areas of the Platform (and your access to or use of certain aspects of the Services or Collective Content) may have various terms and conditions, standards, guidelines, or policies posted or may require you to agree with and accept additional terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between these Terms and terms and conditions posted for a specific area of the Platform, Services, or Collective Content, the latter terms and conditions will take precedence with respect to your use of or access to that area of the Platform, Services, or Collective Content.

  • If you do not agree to these Terms, you do not have any right to obtain information from the Platform and Services or otherwise continue using the Platform or Services. Failure to use the Platform or Services in accordance with these Terms may subject you to civil and criminal liabilities.

  • The Platform and Services comprise an online platform providing items including but not restricted to programmes, information, engagements, news and events(both online and offline).

  • You acknowledge and agree that, by accessing or using the Platform or Services or by downloading or posting any content from or on the Platform, you are giving your consent that you have read, and that you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and receive our Services, whether or not you have registered with the Platforms/service.

  • If you accept or agree to these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these Terms and, in such event, “you” and “your” will refer and apply to that company or such other legal entity.

  • No User shall be permitted to perform any such unethical or harmful activity, mentioned below, in the duration of availing our Services:

    • Interfering with another person’s use or enjoyment of the Platform or Services;

    • Sharing material that encourages anyone to perpetrate a criminal offence, that results in civil liability or in any case breaks any applicable laws, guidelines;

    • Posting or making available by any means any content which is misdirecting, unlawful, destructive, undermining, injurious, tortious, abusive, derogatory, foul, vulgar, kid obscene, indecent, lecherous, profane, intrusive of another’s security, contemptuous, or racially, ethnically or in any case offensive;

    • Stalking, threatening as well as pestering another and/or inciting another to commit any form of violence;

    • Making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials on the website or platform protected by copyright without the permission of the owner, committing any act that amounts to the infringement of intellectual property or making available any material that infringes any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of anyone else;

    • Make available any such material that You do not have a right to make accessible under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationship, unless You own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents for such use of the content;

    • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent Your affiliation with a person or entity;

    • Post, transmit or make available any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, spyware, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines, code, files or such other programs that may harm the Platforms/services, or are prejudicial to the interests or rights of other users or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications, or that may harvest or collect any data or personal information about other Users without their consent;

    • Access or use the Platform or Services or products in any such manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any of the Platform’s servers or the networks connected to any of the servers on which the Platform is hosted;

    • Knowingly or Unknowingly interfere with or disrupt the services or violate any applicable laws related to the access to or use of the Platform or Services, violate any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Platform or Services, or engage in any activity prohibited by these Terms;

    • Disrupt or interfere with the security of, or in any other manner cause harm to, the Platform or Services, materials, systems resources, or gain unauthorized access to user accounts, passwords, servers or networks connected to or accessible through the Platform or Services or any affiliated or linked sites;

    • No user shall disrupt the privacy, or consent of any other member in our forums or through any other relevant mediums whatsoever;

    • Meddle with, or hinder any person from utilizing and getting access to the Platform or Service, or other affiliated sites, or engage in disruptive attacks such as a denial of service attack on the Platform or Services;

    • Use deep-links, page-scrape, robot, spider or another automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to increase traffic to the Platform or Service, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Platform/Service, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Platform, or any content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any content, documents or information through any means not specifically made available through the Platform/Service;

    • No user shall use the Platform for the purposes of sales/ advertising of any product/service.

    • Alter or modify any part of the Services;

    • Use the Services for purposes that are not permitted by: (i) these Terms; and (ii) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant country’s jurisdiction; or

    • Violate any of the terms specified under the Terms for the use of the Platform/Service.

  • By submitting content on or through the Platform or Service (your “Material”), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Material in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed) and to associate your Material with you, except as described below. You agree that others may use Your Material in the same way as any other content available through the Services. Other users of the Services may fork, tweak and repurpose your Material in accordance with these Terms. If you delete your user account your Material and name may remain available through the Services.

  • In the preparation of the Platform/Services/products and contents therein, every effort has been made to offer the most current, correct, and clearly expressed information possible. Nevertheless, inadvertent errors may occur. In particular, but without limiting anything here, TADS disclaims any responsibility for any errors and accuracy of the information that may be contained in the Platform. Any feedback from users is most welcome to make the Platform and contents thereof free of errors and user friendly. Company also reserves the right and discretion to make any changes/corrections or withdraw/add contents at any time without notice. Neither the Company nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on Platform for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Our Platform provides Users with access to compiled educational and other information and related resources. Such information is provided on an ‘As Is’ basis and We assume no liability for the accuracy or completeness or use or non obsolescence of such information. We shall not be liable to update or ensure continuity of such information contained on the Platform. We would not be responsible for any errors, which might appear in such information, which is compiled from third party sources or for any unavailability of such information. From time to time the Platform may also include links to other Platforms. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the Platform(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked Platform(s). You may not create a link to the Platform from another Platform or document without the Company’s prior written consent.

  • The contents of the Platform or service are developed on the concepts covered in the structured curriculum syllabus prescribed for students of various courses. The usage of the Platform or service is not endorsed as a substitution to the curriculum based education provided by the educational institutions but is intended to supplement the same by explaining and presenting the concepts in a manner enabling a better and clearer understanding. The basic definitions and formulae of the subject matter would remain the same. The Company acknowledges that there are various means of delivering structured curriculum pedagogy and inclusion of methods in the Platform or service do not imply endorsement of any particular method nor exclusion imply disapproval. Subscription to the Platform or usage of our Services does not in any manner guarantee admission to any educational institutions or passing of any exams or achievement of any specified percentage of marks in any examinations or becoming a professional to start a practice in any field.

  • Certain contents in the Platform or service (in particular relating to assistance, featured and forums) may contain opinions and views. The Company shall not be responsible for such opinions or any claims resulting from them. Further, the Company makes no warranties or representations whatsoever regarding the quality, content, completeness, or adequacy of such information and data.

  • Some parts of the Services are interactive, and we encourage contributions by Users, which may or may not be subject to editorial control prior to being posted. The Company accepts no responsibility or liability for any material communicated by third parties in this way. The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to remove, review, edit or delete any content. Similarly, We will not be responsible or liable for any content uploaded by Users directly on the Platform or service, irrespective of whether We have certified any answer uploaded by the User. We would not be responsible to verify whether such questions/answers or contents placed by any User contain infringing materials or not.

  • The Company may, based on any form of access to the Platform or service through any source whatsoever, contact the User through sms, email, Whatsapp, Telegram and call, to give information about its products/services as well as notifications on various important updates and/or to seek permission for demonstration of its products and services. The User expressly grants such permission to contact him/her through telephone, SMS, e-mail, Whatsapp,Telegram, Call and holds the Company indemnified against any liabilities including financial penalties, damages, expenses in case the User’s mobile number is registered with Do not Call (DNC) database. By registering yourself , you agree to make your contact and other details available to Our employees, associates, mentors and partners so that you may be contacted for any sort of information and promotions through telephone, SMS, email, Whatsapp, etc.

  • While the Company may, based on the User’s confirmation, facilitate the demonstration of its products/services at the location sought by the User, the User acknowledges that he/she has not been induced by any statements or representations of any person with respect to the quality or conditions of the products and that User has relied solely on the investigations, examinations and inspections as the User has chosen to make and that the Company has afforded the User the opportunity for full and complete investigations, examinations and inspections. The decisions made by the user is made by his/her discrete choice.

  • Upon registration through any means whatsoever, the Company may contact You through the registered mobile number or e-mail or any other mobile number or contact number or email provided by You to enable effective provision of Services. The User expressly permits the Company to contact him/her and the student utilising the Services, through the above-mentioned means at any time post registration. The User can also be contacted after the User is no longer using the services provided by the Company at that time. Further, the Company shall have the right to monitor the viewing and usage of the Platforms/services and the contents thereof by the User/student, to analyze such usage and discuss the same with the User/student to enable effective and efficient usage of the Services. The User expressly permits the Company to clear the doubts of the student using the Platforms/service by answering the questions placed before it, providing assistance, informing of the progress, providing feedback, communicating with the student and mentoring the student through telephone or e-mail or messaging applications on the express consent of the legal guardian/parent of the User or through any other forum.

  • While the Company has made efforts to train the personnel engaged in the sales and services or is having any kind of interaction with Users relating to its products/products to enable quality control, it makes no warranties or representations whatsoever regarding the quality and competence of such personnel and would not be responsible for any deviant behaviour of any such personnel. Any feedback from Users relating to the same is most welcome and Company reserves the right and discretion to take any action in this regard and decide the course of action if needed.

  • Access to certain elements of the Services including doubt clearance, mentoring services, training or any other programme may be subject to separate terms, conditions and fair usage policy. The Company reserves the right to determine the criteria for the provision of various elements of Services to the different categories of Users based on its policies. Hence, subscription to the Platform/products or registrations do not automatically entitle the User to any and all elements of Services/programmes provided by the Company and the Company shall be entitled to exercise its discretion while providing access to and deciding continuity of certain elements of Services. We reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw or modify any of Our Services at Our discretion.

  • The company may conduct competitions/events/engagements regularly and you agree to allow the company to use the submissions by you including but not limited to videos, written content, craft work etc for promotional purposes. All rights will be reserved by the company for the usage of such submissions by you. You also permit the company to use every kind of information submitted by you like photos, videos etc. for promotional campaigns as it so pleases and you will cease to have any rights on the same work once your submissions are made to the company.

  • The Company’s products and/or Services, including the Platform and content, are compatible only with certain devices/tablets/instruments/hardware. The Company is not responsible for any such problems. The Company shall not be obligated to provide workable products and/or services for any instruments that are not recognized by the Company or those instruments that may be purchased from any third party which are not compatible with the Company’s products and Services. The company reserves the right to upgrade the table/ type of compatible devices as required from time to time.

  • The Company shall have no responsibility and is not obligated for any loss or damage caused to any other hardware and/or software and/or instrument, including loss of data or effect on the processing speed, resulting from User’s use of Company’s products and Services.

  • You have to specify the address to which the shipment has to be made at the time of any purchase. All product(s) shall be delivered directly to the address as specified at the point of ordering and You cannot, under any circumstances whatsoever, change the address after the order is processed. In case of any change in the address, You need to specify the same to us in writing well in advance to the shipping date. Any inconsistencies in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product(s).Company is not responsible for such non-delivery of the product(s).

    • (a) For return of product(s) damaged at the time of delivery, the shipping charges shall be borne by the Company. However, for returning any of the product(s) for any other reasons, it shall be the responsibility of the User to arrange for the return of such cancelled product(s) and the shipping charges shall be borne by such User.
    • (b) We request You not to accept any product package that seems to be tampered with, opened or damaged at the time of delivery. The products must be returned in the same condition as delivered by the Company. Any products returned showing signs of any use or damage in any manner shall not be accepted for return.
    • (c) All requests for return of products have to be placed within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery. Please note that no refunds shall be claimed or will be entertained post 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery.

  • You acknowledge that the Company is not the manufacturer of the instrument/medium/hardware and hence, any defect relating to the same shall be reported to the manufacturer whose details shall be specified on the packaging and the Company shall not be in any manner responsible for the same. The Company does not provide any guarantee or warranty relating to the instrument/medium/hardware.

  • If you wish to cancel a confirmed payment made to TADS, the cancellation policy of such service will be applicable. We follow the policy of no refund and no transfer. You will not be eligible for any refunds for payments already made.

  • In order to encourage Customer Retention and Loyalty, TADS encourages its Customers, Partners, employees,Schools, Associates, City executives and any other stakeholders to refer customers to buy TADS’ Products & Services. Company at its option can pay referral bonuses subject to applicable laws. Since this is an optional selective policy of the Company, the decision of the Company is final and the same cannot be either disputed or challenged. It should be noted with abundant caution that no Customer, Partner employees,Schools, Associates, City executives or any other stakeholder shall do business with the Company in anticipation of such Bonus. Company shall not be held responsible if some Customer has done business with the objective of getting referral bonus as Bonus paid by the Company is purely dependent on its own discretion based on internal parameters and various demographic and economic factors.The following may be noted:-

    • (a) It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that the account information provided by You is accurate, complete and latest.

    • (b) You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account information and for all activities that occur under Your account. You agree to (a) ensure that You successfully log out from Your account at the end of each session; and (b) immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of Your account. If there is reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of Your account, we may request You to change the password or we may suspend Your account without any liability to the Company, for such period of time as we deem appropriate in the circumstances. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to comply with this provision.

    • (c) You acknowledge that Your ability to use Your account is dependent upon external factors such as internet service providers and internet network availability and the Company cannot guarantee accessibility to the Platform at all times. In addition to the disclaimers set forth in the Terms, the Company shall not be liable to You for any damages arising from Your inability to log into Your account and access the services of the Platform at any time.

  • The Users have given full rights of anything that is submitted by the User on Company’s Platforms. Company can use the same on their social media handles, youtube pages or any other platform. The Company is not liable to pay any remuneration for such usages. Anything submitted by the Users will be uploaded on our Platform based on our discretion and it will be non-questionable.

  • The Company shall not be held accountable for inappropriate behaviour or any sort of submissions made by Users on the Platforms or during any offline/online event organised by the company/on the behalf of the company.

  • Part of the Platform or the Services may contain advertising information or promotion material or other material submitted to the Company by third parties. Responsibility for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site complies with applicable international and national law is exclusively on the party providing the information/material. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of advertisers including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. Before relying on any advertising material, you should independently verify its relevance for your purpose, and should obtain appropriate professional advice. The Company shall not be responsible nor liable for any loss or claim that you may have against an advertiser or any consequential damages arising on account of your relying on the contents of the advertisement.

  • You are solely responsible for your interactions (including any disputes) with other Users. You are solely responsible for, and will exercise caution, discretion, common sense and judgment in, using the Platform and Services and disclosing personal information to other Company users. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other Company users, particularly if you decide to communicate with Company users offline or meet them in person. Your use of the Platform, Services, Company Content, and any other content made available through the Platform or Services is at your sole risk and discretion, and Company hereby disclaims any and all liability to you or any third party relating thereto. Company reserves the right to contact Company users, in compliance with applicable law, in order to evaluate compliance with the rules and policies in this Terms You will cooperate fully with Company to investigate any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity via the Services.

  • Any Content available at the Platform is owned by the Company and You are not allowed to use the same for any commercial reasons. You do not have any rights over the User submissions of any form i.e, writing, image,video, music etc.

  • Persons who are below the age of 15, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to register for Our products or Services. As a person under the age of 15 years as on the date of registration, if You wish to use Our products or Services, such use shall be made available to You by Your legal guardian or parents, who has agreed to these Terms. In the event a minor utilizes the Platform/services, it is assumed that he/she has obtained the consent of the legal guardian or parents and such use is made available by the legal guardian or parents. The Company will not be responsible for any consequence that arises as a result of misuse of any kind of Our Platform or any of Our products or Services or programs that may occur by virtue of any person including a minor registering for the Services/products provided. By using the products or Services You warrant that all the data provided by You is accurate and complete and that the User using the Platform has obtained the consent of parent/legal guardian (in case of minors). The Company reserves the right to terminate Your subscription and / or refuse to provide You with access to the products or Services if it is discovered that You are under the age of 18 (eighteen) years and the consent to use the products or Services is not made by Your parent/legal guardian or any information provided by You is inaccurate. You acknowledge that the Company does not have the responsibility to ensure that You conform to the aforesaid eligibility criteria. It shall be Your sole responsibility to ensure that You meet the required qualification. Any persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) should seek the consent of their parents/legal guardians before providing any Information about themselves or their parents and other family members on the Platform.

  • You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) Your use of and access of the Platform/services; (ii) Your violation of any term of these Terms or any other policy of the Company; (iii) Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation, any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that Your use of the Platform/service has caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms.

  • In no event shall the Company, its officers, directors, employees, partners or agents be liable to You or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data or profits or any other claim arising out, of or in connection with, Your use of, or access to, the Platform.

  • In the event of Your breach of these Terms, You agree that the Company will be irreparably harmed and may not have an adequate remedy in money or damages. The Company therefore, shall be entitled in such event to obtain an injunction against such a breach from any court of competent jurisdiction. The Company’s right to obtain such relief shall not limit its right to obtain other remedies.

  • Any violation by You of the terms of this Clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of Your Accounts apart from any legal remedy that the Company can avail. In such instances, the Company may also disclose Your Account Information if required by any Governmental or legal authority. You understand that the violation of these Terms could also result in civil or criminal liability under applicable laws.

  • The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Further, the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi or Rajasthan and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.

  • The Company has the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue and/or eliminate any aspect(s), features or functionality of the Platform or the Services as it deems fit at any time without notice. Further, the Company has the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The Company makes no commitment, express or implied, to maintain or continue any aspect of the Platform. You agree that the Company shall not be liable to You or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Platform. All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • When you share information on our Services, others can see that information.Our Services allow messaging and sharing of information in many ways, such as your profile, articles, group posts, links to news articles, messages and discussion forum posts. Information and content that you share or post may be seen by other Members, Visitors or others (including off of the Services). We also provide the service for searching other users on the platform. Other users can search your profile also.

  • We are not obligated to publish any information or content on our Service and can remove it with or without notice.

  • We can remove any content or information you share on the Platform if we believe that it violates these Terms of Use, our policies (including TADS Community Guidelines), or if we are permitted or required to do so by law. We can refuse to provide or stop providing all or part of the Service to you (including terminating or disabling your account) immediately to protect our community or services, or if you create risk or legal exposure for us, violate these Terms of Use or our policies (including TADS Community Guidelines), if you repeatedly infringe other people’s intellectual property rights, or when your actions are inappropriate. Your account can be terminated at any point in time in such cases.

  • TADS will mail you its newsletters regularly to your registered email Id. You can unsubscribe the newsletter at any point of time.

  • Your messages are yours, and we can’t read them. We’ve built privacy, end-to-end encryption, and other security features into TADS’ private chat feature. We don’t store your messages once they’ve been delivered. When they are end-to-end encrypted, we and third parties can’t read them.

  • In order to access the features of the TADS Platform, you will have to create your account with TADS. You agree and confirm that you will never use another User’s account nor provide access to your account to any third-party. When creating your account, you confirm that the information so provided is accurate and complete. Further, you agree that you are solely responsible for the activities that occur on your account, and you shall keep your account password secure and not share the same with anyone. You must notify TADS immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. At no point in time will TADS be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you shall solely be liable for the losses caused to TADS or others due to such unauthorized use, if any.     • Entire Agreement: The Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines made applicable to the Platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and You with respect to Your access to or use of the Platform and the Services thereof.

    • Assignment: You cannot assign or otherwise transfer Your obligations under the Terms, or any right granted hereunder to any third party. The Company’s rights under the Terms are freely transferable by the Company to any third parties without the requirement of seeking Your consent.

Feedback:

(a) Any feedback You provide with respect to the Platform/services/products shall be deemed to be non-confidential. The Platform shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis. Further, by submitting the feedback, You represent and warrant that (i) Your feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information of You or of third parties; (ii) the Company is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the feedback; (iii) the Platform may have something similar to the feedback already under consideration or in development, and (iv) You are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from the Company for the feedback under any circumstances unless specified.

(b) Under no circumstances shall the Company be held responsible in any manner for any content provided by other users even if such content is offensive, hurtful or offensive. Please exercise caution while accessing the Platform.

TADS Education Professional Community Policies

A core value here at TADS Education is to put our members first. These Professional Community Policies ensure that the millions of conversations taking place each day on our services help our members be more productive and successful and are free of inappropriate and unwanted content or behaviour. These policies, which we continue to develop, provide guidance and rules for the use of our services.

We ask every member of TADS Education to act responsibly. If you see something that you believe may violate our policies, please report it to us. This includes whether it appears in profiles, posts, comments, conversations, or anywhere else. These reports, along with our automated defences, help us identify and prevent abuse and misbehaviour. A violation of these policies may result in us taking enforcement actions. Depending on the severity of the violation and a member’s behaviour or account history, we may limit the visibility of certain content, remove content from our platform, or even restrict a member’s account in the event of severe or repeated offenses. Be Trustworthy

Our members must be real people, who provide their real name and accurate information about themselves. We don’t allow fake profiles on our platform and it’s not okay to provide misleading or deceptive information about yourself, your qualifications, work experience, affiliations, or achievements.

Impersonation & Misrepresentation

You may not impersonate others or mislead, confuse, or deceive. Pretending to be someone else or representing a business in a way that’s not truthful is not allowed. You’re not allowed to use an image of someone else, or an artificial or synthetic image, as a representation of yourself. You may not post “deep fake” images or videos of others or otherwise post content that has been manipulated to deceive. You likewise may not associate yourself on TADS Education with a business or organization that you are not actually associated with. You may not use or attempt to use another person’s TADS Education account or create a member profile for anyone other than yourself. When choosing a profile picture, you may not use an image that is not your likeness for your profile. Also, you may not manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or post transmitted through the services. The fact that TADS Education, in rare cases, may allow clearly fictional profiles with express prior permission does not waive our right to prohibit your false profile or false association with a business or organization.

Be Professional

We acknowledge the value of discussions around professional activities and ask our members to behave professionally by not being dishonest or inappropriate. When creating content, we ask that you keep it professional, relevant, and on-topic. For more information, see our Publishing Platform Guidelines. Do not share false information or use the services to shock or intimidate others. It is not okay to share graphic, obscene, or pornographic content on the services.

Honesty and Authenticity.

Be honest, forthright, and respectful. Only invite people that you know, that are recommended to you by trusted connections, or that you otherwise trust to join your network. Do not share comments, opinions, or other content in a manner that is intended to be misleading or inaccurate or to conceal a conflict of interest or unlawful motive, including to interfere in or improperly influence an election. Do not share content that directly contradicts guidance from leading global health organizations and public health authorities. You may not use the services to share false content or information, including news stories, that present untrue facts or events as though they are true or likely true. When you share content or endorse someone or something in exchange for personal benefit (including personal or family relationships, monetary payment, free products or services, or other value), you must include clear and conspicuous notice of the personal benefit you receive.

Relevance

Your messages, posts, comments, hashtags, and other content should be on-topic and relevant. TADS Education is a professional community for sharing professional content and information, so don’t share content that’s irrelevant or inappropriate.

Adult content

It’s not acceptable to post content containing nudity or sexually explicit material or language. (Some adult content may be allowed if the intent is clearly educational, medical, scientific, or artistic, and it’s not gratuitously graphic.) The services are never to be used for sexual exploitation of children. You also may not post content that threatens sexual violence or sexual assault. You may not use the services to send unsolicited sexual advances, engage in or promote non-consensual sexually explicit content (e.g., revenge porn), escort services, prostitution, or human trafficking.

Be safe

We strive to maintain a civil and friendly community for our members. The services shouldn’t be used to harm others or their careers or business prospects or to air personal grievances and disputes. It is not okay to harass, abuse, or send other unwelcomed communications to people (e.g., romantic advances, sexually explicit content, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or phishing schemes). We do not allow hate speech, hate groups, terrorists, or those who engage in violent crimes on the services.

Bullying and harassment

We don’t allow bullying or harassment that targets individuals or groups to degrade or shame. This includes abusive language, sexual advances and innuendo, revealing others’ personal or sensitive information (aka “doxing”), posting content about them without consent, or inciting or engaging others to do any of the same.

Hate

We don’t allow content that denigrates, intimidates, or incites or threatens hatred, violence, or prejudicial action against individuals or groups because of their actual or perceived race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, or mental, medical, or physical condition. Hate groups are not welcome and not permitted on the services.

Violence

We don’t allow any threat of violence against an individual or a group on our platform. This includes statements of an intent to kill or inflict serious physical harm. We don’t allow individuals or groups that engage in or promote violence, property damage, or organized criminal activity. You may not use our services to express support for such individuals or groups or to post content or otherwise use the services to incite or glorify violence.

Terrorism

We don’t allow any terrorist organizations or violent extremist groups on our platform. And we don’t allow any individuals who affiliate with such organizations or groups to promote their activities. Content that depicts terrorist activity, that is intended to recruit for terrorist organizations, or threatens, promotes, or supports terrorism in any manner is not tolerated on the services.

Harmful content and shocking material

We don’t allow graphic or other content intended to shock or humiliate others. We don’t allow activities that promote, organize, depict, or facilitate criminal activity. We also don’t allow content depicting or promoting instructional weapon making, drug abuse, and threats of theft. Content or activities that promote or encourage suicide or any type of self-injury, including self-mutilation and eating disorders, is also not allowed. If you see signs that someone may be considering self-harm, please report it.

Spam and scams

We do not allow untargeted, irrelevant, obviously unwanted, unauthorized, inappropriately commercial or promotional, or gratuitously repetitive messages or other similar content. Do not use TADS Education to sensationalize or capitalize on tragic events for commercial purposes. Do not use our invitation feature to send promotional messages to people you don’t know or to otherwise spam people. Please make the effort to create original, professional, relevant, and interesting content in order to gain popularity, instead of trying ways to artificially increase the number of views, re-shares, likes, or comments.

Respect others’ rights and follow the law

Before sharing or using someone else’s copyrighted works, trademarks, private information, or trade secrets, make sure you have the legal right to do so. The services should not be used for illegal activities, promoting illegal products, or violating the rights of others. Don’t use the services to commit fraud or to try to trick others. Also, don’t use the services to intentionally distribute viruses, worms, or other software that can destroy or interrupt others’ data or computer devices.

Privacy and publicity

You must respect others’ privacy on the services. You may not solicit email addresses or other personal information from TADS Education members you don’t know without authorization; use, disclose or distribute on TADS Education any data obtained in violation of any of our policies or agreements; disclose information that you don’t have the right to disclose (such as personal or confidential information of others, including your employer); or post or distribute content depicting children without the necessary consent from such child’s legal guardian or parent. Don’t use others’ names, likenesses, or photos to suggest an endorsement of a product, service, or investment without their prior consent.

Compliance with law

Your use of the services must comply with all applicable laws including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. You may not use the services to create or operate a pyramid scheme, engage in fraud, or to sell or promote illegal products, including drugs.

Unauthorized access and use

You may access the services only in the manner that we expressly authorize, for the tasks that the services are intended for. You may not access the services except through the interfaces intentionally provided by TADS Education, such as its mobile applications and TADS Education.com.
