An M.Sc in Economics and Strategy at Imperial College London, a Harvard University Research Scholar, and an ex-JP Morgan Associate, Hardik brings a wealth of experience and excellence in his mentorship for Tads students. With a 780 in GMAT and having published Grade A research, Hardik enables our students to excel in academia and industry and present their best foot forward.

Mrs Nidhi Mehta
Our chief profiling mentor Mrs Nidhi is a Silicon Valley Serial Entrepreneur, Nationalised Public Speaker, Educational Leadership Consultant (ELC), LinkedIn Power Profile Creator, Entrepreneurship Trainer, Business Coach, Podcaster, and Mentor. In the USA, Nidhi has founded three companies and had successful exits in each. A TEDx Speaker and an ex-McKinsey strategist , Nidhi helps students build their career trajectories, incubate their entrepreneurial ventures, and excel in a highly competitive college landscape.

Mr Nikunj Agarwal
Our profiling advisor Mr Nikunj is an alumnus of SRCC- India's Rank 1 college for commerce and business education. Currently, from IIM Lucknow, he enables students at Tads to build a solid foundation across business, finance, and consulting profiles. Post his extensive work with giants like ZS Associates, his exposure to the industry outlines generic career advice. A passionate educator with over 15 years' experience in the Middle East, Srividya strongly believe in a student-centric approach to education.
